My fave Is Horton Hears a Who, with its message of loyalty, persistence, and inlcusion. Thanks for the smile, and all the best to you and your colleagues in this challneging period.Cat Michaelshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17291565538073385166noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1021657104603786642.post-75818136158659563032018-03-04T12:21:43.979-08:002018-03-04T12:21:43.979-08:00Loved your post today. Amazing how he could come up with some words that aren't actually words, but he got by with it. I'm not sure that would be excepted today though.
Enjoy your Sunday,
Rosie Rosie Russellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06653714105297079330noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1021657104603786642.post-36591337203402841072018-03-02T20:38:59.998-08:002018-03-02T20:38:59.998-08:00I can't remember a time when children grew up ...I can't remember a time when children grew up without reading Dr Seuss, I know my kids made me read his books over and over when they were young and my Kindies loved his word play too. So many wonderful tongue twisting stories and quotes. The Lorax is one of my favourites.Sandra Bennetthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09394800215463633268noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1021657104603786642.post-90302308305540335432018-03-02T13:23:29.237-08:002018-03-02T13:23:29.237-08:00Hi Rebecca! I'm not sure I like his earlier racial (and more controversial) illustrations, but he is very interesting and definitely made a profound contribution to kid lit! I wonder what he would be like in our contemporary world. As usual, great to hear what you're up to:)tracy bryanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14008607170284414670noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1021657104603786642.post-68890251114003984672018-03-02T10:58:42.350-08:002018-03-02T10:58:42.350-08:00Thanks!! Thanks!! Author Rebecca Lyndseyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15538331472711257805noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1021657104603786642.post-20167818852567905732018-03-02T09:27:55.053-08:002018-03-02T09:27:55.053-08:00oh, these are GREAT, Rebecca!
